anemia?

last time i had my blood work done i had slight anemia...now i have been going with alot of blood and the flare is getting worse...and the past few days i have noticed tingling in my hands, slight dizzyness, headaches and a feeling of disconnect mentally...are these symptoms of anemia and if so what do people recomend that you do and how can you tell if this is anemia?

Usually the first step is taking iron pills. They can be rough on your intestines so be careful with them. The only way to tell for sure that you're anemic is another blood test. Those symptoms could definitely be from low iron. I would get checked again. Your GI should have instructed you on how to get your iron levels back up.
