tony fergerson diet

was just wondering if anyone is on tony ferg diet or have u teird im trying to get rid of the 30kg pred put on me its hard as

any help would be great

I have been on the Tony Ferguson diet and sure, it works, (I lost 8 Kilo's in 9 weeks) but for the long term, no. You do get hungry and therefore are tempted to eat the wrong foods and then all that hard work and suffering have gone to waste.
I'm not normally a dieter but I found that eating a diet high in protein and lots of whole foods, vegetables and half hour walking each day was the trick for me. Only have carbohydrate (toast) at breakfast but having a slice of cold meat or tuna on it is very filling. Every time I feel like a snack, I choose from the protein foods. ie, boiled egg, tuna, piece of chicken (no skin), Protein is actually very filling and helps rid the body of excess fluid. Carbs cause a build up of fluid. I make sure I have a stock of protein foods in the fridge so I'm prepared. I have 3 meals and 3 snacks a day but keep within the healthy food groups.
My favorite lunch is Tuna with egg, home cooked chick peas, lettuce, tomato and shallots. A Dash of mayo and yum yum.
If you don't already drink water regularly, try to have at least 1 litre a day.
I hope this gives you an option to think about.
