Why not eat beetroot regularly instead? What is your hemoglobin level? Is it that low that you will drop down anytime? If not, start eating beetroot regularly, take Vit. B12 supplements and it should settle in a month or two.
My recipe is simple, grate beetroot, squeeze a quarter lemon or lime and little salt, thats it. Tastes good and healthy as a side dish.
