I use "Premium Pro-Rated" powder from Costco for breakfast. I make smoothy with the powder, almond milk, and any fruit I have (banana, papaya, blueberries...), also add a pouch of VSL#3 and a teaspoon of flaxseed powder and a teaspoon of spyllium husk. I haven't put on any weight (I don't need any), but it keeps me active thru the day. Even allows me to go for Kung Fu 2 evenings each week and the gym once or twice in the mornings.
