Since these products are grains, I was wondering who here can eat it Kashi products, and not have any problem.

You might try ThinkThin bars which are gluten free, if you have gluten issues.

I'm fine with grains and I eat the TV dinners sometimes when it's a fend-for-yourself night...
Should prolly buy more as I don't have time to eat right... better than ramen lol

I eat Kashi products and anything else I want. Diet has not effect on my UC.
