my favorite snack is potato chips, but i find that can make me bloated and they are not that healthy, so chips in moderation when desperate!
I have been snacking on Beef Jerky. I tried it once and it didn't bother me. Gives me TONS of energy and my stomach is fine with
it and its low fat.
