not getting any better

so started bleeding about 2 months ago after being in remission for almost two years. started taking colazal again and started rowasa enemas over two weeks ago. just started cortenemas three nights ago and it looks like the bleeding is actually getting worse. my question is that i'm having semi-solid stools and going just a few times a day. should i be concerned about the extra bleeding even though i'm not having diarrhea 20 times a day (which i've never really had, worst has been maybe 8 times a day). thanks!

last time i was scoped it was just left sided. i also started taking cellmass a few days ago (creatine). wondering if that's making things worse.
