I tried a search but too much came up to weed out what I was looking for..
Where do I find this & how much is the recommended dose?

Ingesting tumeric itself probably won't produce positive results as the concentration of the compound that has been shown to be useful in treating IBD (curcumin) is quite low. Personally, I use NOW Foods curcumin capsules (inexpensive and contains few impurities) in the amount of 2 grams per day. This is the dose that has been used in most of the studies that have been conducted involving human subjects with IBD.
