are sigs still broken?

you mean by not showing up? or not being able to be changed?

For me, I copy my sig, use the Post Reply window to make changes, copy it again...go to My Profile and to edit signature, hilight, delete, click paste and my new one is there. Save...

Eventually, it'll show up with the changes done....

You do, however, have to click on the "include signature" box if you're using the Post New Topic or Post Reply or Edit...and if it doesn't show up, just edit again, click the box and presto.

I can't get colours, however...tsk!

I've tried what Quincy said, and I still am having problems with my sig. I lose half of it when I change it. Even copying and pasting it.
