As I'm just starting this probiotic, would love to hear others experiences with it.

Hi and welcome to the forum!
VSL is really helpful to me; I've been taking it for more than 1 1/2 years now.
I keep mine in the refrigerator.... if your refrigerator is only at 30 degrees, ... that sounds like a freezer to me: milk, yogurt, etc would all be frozen at 30 degrees F. So... I'm a little confused here.
I have sometimes wondered if the VSL can be frozen; perhaps an email to the company would clarify that?

Well, this is embarrassing...I misread the thermometer.....I need to sleep more.
Going to rephrase this post to ask for opinions/experiences/tips

LOL, ok!
I was experiencing a mild but persistent flare when I started VSL. I took it for about
a month.... the flare gradually subsided...... after a few more months of continuing the VSL I ran out and decided to see what happened if I stopped it. Within about
3 days I was bleeding again! So I reordered and resumed taking it.
Several months later again I stopped and re-flared again.
So... now I just take it daily. In a flare At some point I started taking the DS and doing that twice a day... and it has really helped me. I hope it helps you, too!

I bought a package almost one year ago and keep it in the frig. I make yogurt out of it and it still works. I think it is the best supplement I take.
