I have the kind that are refrigerated and I had to travel for a day and then refrigerate them. Did I ruin them>

I am sure they are fine. Usually they are shelf stable and it's not too hot outside. I think I've told you, most of the probiotics sold in stores refridgerated are not shipped cold.

Probably not. When I called the VSL distributors, they said they would be okay for 5-7 days at room temp. My shipment had been delayed, so I was concerned.

They're fine...it would be different if you left them out continually. I've left mine out overnight on occasion..d'oh...I don't worry about
it since the capsules are enteric coated.

I agree.... I've thought it would be fine to leave them out for several days, and on occasion I've done so without any noticeable damage (i.e. no difference in the way they worked.)
