Anyone have any suggestions? I'm on a soft food diet for the next couple of weeks and I can only eat mashed potatoes for so long! ;)

Can you do dairy or not? Milk-Shakes, Hard-Boiled Eggs, Dairy-Free Sorbet, Homemade Risotto, Homemade Lasagna, Choc. Pudding, Rice Pudding, Creamed Corn, Au Gratin Potatoes, Applesauce, Mashed Banana, Mac n Cheese, Oatmeal, CHEESECAKE!!!,
I'd just eat Cheesecake and Cheesecake alone, but I guess that wouldn't be the healthiest idea :)

Natural creamy Peanut butter, fruit sauces, yogurt, gnocchi, and chopped spinach with a little cheese on top were some of my favorites.

As of right now, no. I'm not allowed any dairy. They're still not sure if I'm lactose intolerant or not! I appreciate the contributions!!

Yea, be careful with the nuts. Almond Butter/Peanut Butter. Almond Milk. That can be not good to go either.
Mashed Sweet Potatoes and White Fish, Broiled or Baked.

I had scrambled egg with white toast this morning. For lunch I had tuna salad (tuna and mayo only) with ritz type crackers, a little cheddar cheese, and some canned peaches. I was told I could eat anything that could be cut/mashed with a fork and chewed to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
