Do you take metamucil daily to help with forming and bulking the stool? Probiotics also help for that and should be taken daily even a couple times a day. I agree with the foods it could be something your eating that is bothering your stomach. I find if I eat to much lettuce especially romaine or the mixed greens my stools are very loose. Lactose is another thing that I need to avoid. Processed and packaged foods I totally avoid.
Everyone is different so you might want to keep a journal of what your eating and how you feel after. Many of us here have UC and IBS, I know I certainly do.
