Wouldn't it be cool if there was a discussion board of all different types of foods and how people have reacted to them? I know we are all different, but sometimes I wonder about very specific foods and it would be great if they were listed in one place like that so we could compare and contrast.

do you mean food symptoms not related to UC? during a flare?
I've given my butt much opportunity to react...., alas, it doesn't.

I do have symptoms from certain foods ranging from discomfort/gas, nausea, loose stool and rarely diarrhea.
There are lots of interesting colours, however. That ends once the offender has been evacuated...
