question, I asked my doctor if I should take a probiotics because I really want to get in in my system after being on some antibiotics but because I am now on a short run of prednisone he has said for me to wait until I am off the prednisone. Does anyone still take both ?

I'm currently taking both. Something is working! :) I don't think steroids kill probiotics like an antibiotic would, so I'm not sure what the issue would be.

I never asked my doctor if I should take probiotics..I just started and told him which ones.

Considering prednisone can up one's yeast in the body, I'd go for it regardless.

I'd suggest the ones in my signature....
There is also VSL#3..can't comment on the usage since I've never tried it.
