MMS - MASTER MINERAL SUPPLEMENT FOR UC???? ANYONE TRIED IT????

I've been reading, with much interest,  various articles on the benefits of MMS.   I have been doing a lot of reading on various treatments at the moment because I am currently going through a flare-up and I came across a product called MMS (Master Mineral Supplement).  Has anyone else ever heard of this?  From my understanding, it is a chemical that attacks the anaerobic pathogens in our bodies (apparently most of the bad bacteria, moulds, fungi etc. in our bodies are anaerobic.  I am thinking about trying this chemical in enema form but would be very interested anyone else for that matter has tried this treatment.

I did MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution) from August through December 2008 at which point my flare has subsided. They appeared to have changed the name to distance themselves from the FDA safety alert (http://www.fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch/SafetyInformation/SafetyalertsforHumanMedicalProducts/ucm220756.htm). The stuff was disgusting to consume but appeared to affect my UC at lower doses (less than 4 drops) although I did do the full regimen up to 15 drops. I eventually flared again in February 2009 and concluded that the stuff failed to produce any long term change in my condition.

I would never use it in an enema. The stuff is wickedly strong even at just one drop. I was using a single drop diluted to treat a fistula and still ended up with significant chemical burns where I applied it to my skin.

I want to share my experience with the MMS product. My wife purchased the product and book for our sick dog Buddy. She read the book and decided to give it to him as a treatment for a diagnosed cancer. He was very sick and weak but showing signs of improvement and still fighting strong. Within 5 minutes of force feeding him the solution with a syringe, he vomited blood and another 5 minutes later he passed. A couple months later we were both very sick with the flu. My wife thought that i should try taking the MMS to see if it would help. She mixed up a glass and I took it. Within 5 minutes I was violently vomiting blood. I quickly emptied my stomach and continued painful dry heaving for hours. Soon I had diarrhea and quickly became dehydrated. I spent most of my time for at least the next 72 hrs in the bath tub eating ice cubes, puking and trembling. My mouth, throat and stomach were completely burned by this caustic industrial bleach that i had consumed. I had to eat ice cubes because they were cooling, but also kept me from drinking water too fast and throwing up (super painful). I had severe nausea for days and could not sleep. I went to the ER and got two I.V. bags and some powerful painkillers as I was extremely dehydrated and worried about electrolytes, ect. Four days later i was back in the ER for two more IV bags, drugs and blood tests. Finally after about three and a half weeks I could eat fairly normally, mostly yogurt and mashed potatoes. I still have severe insomnia and have adrenal issues. This product causes extreme peristalsis and i have been working with a massage therapist and acupuncturist to get my muscles to relax. I feel lucky to have survived my experience with MMS. My wife contends that she gave me the exact recommended dose. If this product does have efficacy, be very careful with the dosing. My research indicates that I was given too large of a dose, but not according to the book! Only people with a medical or chemistry background should mess with this stuff, it can be extremely toxic!

Well MMS is not actually spam, it is a very strong oxidizer chlorine dioxide, I took it orally quite irritating
to the lower colon,will kill just about any bacteria on contact.
The use it in weak enema form for autistic kids to remove biofilm.

The approach might work, but let me show you what they are doing to their colons.

These so called or real doctors perhaps have no real idea of what the hell they are doing.

Lots of parents seem to indicate that it does work,seems to me they really are expelling the biofilm.

But along with colon mucosa, is this safe. Seems a little dangerous,since there are plenty of examples of

soap,or chemically induced colitis,which of course may heal and not cause UC.

But then again, modern medicine has been treating UC empirically forever,these people are doing the same.

What these people are doing with chlorine dioxide and other chemicals is possibly quite dangerous, rope worms really seem to be colon casts. Shedding of the intestine mucosal layers, the reason they do not dissolve in water is that it is colon tissue,or the biofilm matrix is not water soluble. I will admit biofilms will also be expelled but, destruction of the intestine outer surface seems extreme.
