Pred, LDN and a car accident!

I am sorry you got rear ended. How stressful. I hope you and your car are both doing well, it sounds like you're handling this well.

Yea..it cause a little blimp in my recovery. Had increased cramping and blood that night but at least it was a overall "pleasant accident".

The other party was very apologetic. I took an alternate approached and started the conversation by asking if he was ok. I think it was a good ice breaker. When you show concern about someone, it tends to neutralize their reaction compared to starting off with a negative comment. Don't need someone going mental on me because I braked to let another car turn in front of me!

It's all in learning how to adapt to our condition and the situations that fall into our laps!

The car is drivable and may just need a new bumper. The bumper is supposed to crinkle up like that...it's what keep us safe :).
