I get very full due to the 6-mp it makes me nausea! I bodybuild and have pretty good genetics wise, carry a large amount of size at a lean bodyweight, just a pest to keep flaring up and having to rebuild things, thankfully im back up to scratch. Prednisone doesn't really affect me anymore, even though it's catabolic I can some how still build muscle, don't really get bloated or water retention etc. Only sides just sweating and some constipation now and then. Anyway my diet...
meal 1: 2 slices toast, 60g oats, 1 banana, pack of blue berries, (2 scoops syntha 6 (400 cals), 3 full organic eggs.
meal 2: 1 large haddock or sea bass, 1 large chicken breast some brocoli and half bag rice.
meal 3: (before gym) 50g prot shake + 50g oats
meal 4: (after gym) 50g carb/50g prot
meal 5: (hour later)large fillet steak + 1 large haddock half bag rice
meal 6: tin tuna + 1 chicken breast
meal 7: another syntha 6 couple of scoops 400 cals.
And if I will be honest I usually throw more food in then that binging on food but need to stop that lol. I doubt you'd be able to consume as much as me as I literally force it down half the time, but try shakes. Syntha 6 is pretty good 6 diff types of protein. Can advice more or less anything on diet.
I think adding maltodextrin/dextrose will do the trick. I get more than 1000 calories from three full scoops of it. And you probably know that they are VERY quickly digested/absorbed.
I also started eating White rice pasta and it's giving me 400 calories per serving with about
100 grams of carbs.
I miss Syntha 6 lol. The chocolate flavor tastes so good...
And found out that you can get LDN in your country if from
http://www.homedeliverypharmacy.co.uk/
Also, contact http://www.ldnresearchtrust.org/ and I think they can help you in UK.
I have one extra LDN refill that I didn't even start yet b/c my GI gave me two prescript
ions for it and I'd love to help you out mate but unfortunately, I'm in the US.Yeah thanks for the link was actually looking for that lol. White rice/pasta is good better then the wholemeal stuff for colitis. Hard to get a lot of cals down all the time though eh!
