Magnesium is known to cause D, if taken in too high a quantity. Many people who are constipated take Magnesium to make them go.
But your body and alot of your functioning organs and systems need magnesium.
That's why I recommend Magnesium Oil - which I rub on my belly daily. It's absorbed transdermally and bypasses the gut entirely, and thereby won't give you D, and will still benefit your body.
