Hi Everyone.

Boswellia Serrata

I just read about this supplement and was
wondering if anyone can tell me if it actually
helps wit UC and Pain before i spend money.
on it.

My experience:

It hasn't helped me.

Turmeric supplements, which are also anti-inflammatory, have helped me.

Didn't help me, but others say it helps them. Unfortunately, like most things with this disease, it is not a one-size fits all solution.
