Colocort or cort enemas are strictly rectal/sigmoid based, delivered, of course, rectally while Entorcort is a pill; much like Prednisone but if I am not mistaken, it targets the lower end of the small intestine to the large intestine (prednisone is systemic) - please someone correct me if I am wrong. Cort enemas only release approximately 5-8mgs of steroid into the actual blood stream.

Oh thank you for some reason I thought Entorcort was a rectal medicine

Nope, it's an oral medicine:

It CAN be used in Uc but it has more success in people with Crohn's disease.
