My bad on celiac disease, i read up on it...again.
I read these things and forget about them years later.
I did go gluten free though and dairy free and noticed no improvements. My uncle had intolerance to gluten and we thought I had the same but no luck. At the same time I was doing the SCD full bore...no improvements either.
That would be gold if I could have found foods that were making me ill.
Having that reaction to eggs is horrible. Sounds like your diet is extremely limited (or specialized).

Yeah, eggs bother me too in the way that they give me mega eggs farts (ever smelt pure hydrogen sulfide?).
As for a limited diet cause of no eggs or gluten thats a pretty limited way of thinking (no offense). It
opened my mind to different foods than the typical eggs and toast for breakfast. I eat a wide variety of tasty fruits, vegs, meats in the for of asian dishes. Rice based of course. Sauces, spices etc, all homemade of course which makes it taste the best!
Limitations make creativity! It sucked at first of course but it turned out great.
