The GI had me start taking Vitamin E but i was very out of it during the appointment and don't know why i was told to take it. any ideas?????

My GI hasn't recommended vitamin e. I used to take vitamin e when I was younger because I believe it is good for your skin.

Are you sure he didn't say (or mean) vitamin D? There was something on the news recently about Vitamin E and it not being good as a supplement because people who took it had a shorter lifespan. Double check the order and research the internet!

definately said vitamin E. mom wrote it down as it was said so we both heard the same thing. I was on vitamin D for awhile but it didn't seem to make any difference in my fatigue so i stopped taking it, much to my mother's anger. no idea.

You really should continue vitamin D. It is good for your overall health. Many people with AI illnesses are deficient.
