Anyone on SAM e?

I just started Sam e from Jarrow (200mg) and I just wanted to know if anyone else has tried this for their mood? It's good for liver function, joints, brain and longevity it says has receives awesome reviews. My boyfriend started it too since he gets the winter blues since we hardly see the sun much! I'm gonna give this a big ol' bump. I just started taking Sam-E five days ago for depression and anxiety. I've tried numerous antidepressants but *anything* that boosts serotonin throws me into a flare! (Bupropion, which only increases norepinephrine and dopamine, makes me a raging *****-monster at any dose so that's out, too). Sam-E is supposed to help our bodies create what it wants to create anyway, not really add extra anything. Well, this morning I have mucus and some blood. Five days. And I was already starting to feel a bit of mood enhancement. I've been blood/mucous free for a couple months now after a flare that ended in July. Until this morning. This...is...maddening.

Delzicol, 2 caps three times a day plus VSL #3. Doing fine until started Sam-E. Could be coincidence but considering Sam-E increases serotonin, probably not :-/
