my rice milk contains Ingred: filtered water, brown rice flour (10%), canola oil, mineral salts (calcium phosphate, potassiom combonate, calcium chloride), sea salt, emulsifier(471)
contains no genetically modified rice, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives and gives you 38% of your recommended dietary need. You need to SHAKE it really well.
I use So Natural and it is free from gluten, lactose, cholesterol, preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.
It was also recommended by my Naturopath for my UC to have 300ml 3 times a day to begin with then 2 daily now I am in remission. Works like a dream I notice if I miss drinking the rice milk my UC likes routine anyone elses UC like routine in remission.
