I think you should add a bit more protein to the mix. veggies can loosen stool, as can fruit. Banana gives me gassssss, but see if it agrees with you for sure.
If you're not seeing any pills floating, that's good.
I, personally, don't concern myself with loose bms since I know what foods can cause it.
You might consider to take the asacol twice daily and see if that helps.
At night, take the probiotics at bedtime, about an hour after your meds, but not at the same time.
