Hemroids

Some of them take a long time to heal but, for me, they have always healed with time. Unfortunately, mine seem to reoccur. I think my problem these days is a fissure more than a hemmi but defintiely continue the hot baths, they are helpful. Another thing that is helpful is to keep using protective cream on the area so they don't get irritated. I have tried tucks and a few other OTC creams and none helped me too much.

10 - 20 minute butt baths in epsom salt a couple times a day - use tucks pads to wipe (as many as you need for digit coverage) - it will go away !

Witch hazel (liquid in a bottle) on a cotton ball can be applied to help shrink them. It's the major ingredient in a lot of pads that are sold.
I didn't find Tucks or PrepH suppositories very helpful.
Mine got to be a recurring problem where I lost a considerable amount of blood and had a low iron count bordering on anemia.

Ended up going to a surgeon and having them rubber-banded. Done in the office with no anesthesia, no pain. Solved the problem.

Surgery is an option but is supposed to be very painful.
