ive tried vsl#3DS and didnt really notice a difference
Now i take Jarrows sach boulardi. idont notice a difference but it doesnt hurt. there is so much info about the benefits of probiotics that i figure its doing something in the long term.
itsalwayssomething: curious, why do you combine the jarrows and the benbiotics? does that do something extra?
chocolate bunny- a good natural source of probiotics is in yogurt, so if you can tolerate yogurt that might help
