Going for my third remicade infusion next week and it hasn't started working yet.
Just wondered how long it can take before it starts working starting to think it won't work for me

I did four or five, never worked for me either. I think most people see results quick, but fo some it takes about
three

As allswell said give it 4 or 5 infusions. Some people notice an improvement right away and some it takes up to five. If it doesn't work by infusion five then most likely it isn't going to work. That's what happened to me. Hope you start noticing an improvement soon.

My 4th infusion was my magic number. I had instant results however my symptoms came back fairly quickly. After my 3rd infusion, the symptoms didn't come back until about
2 weeks before the next dose. After my 4th, I'm still symptom free and I go in for my 5th next Wednesday.
