I started the Slippery Elm and L-Glutamine this past Friday night. I am not sure if it is real results or just in my head, but I feel a whole lot better since I added them!
Down to bm's twice a day... no urgency in the mornings...slept til my alarm went off this morning...even felt alittle frisky last night for the first time in months! My hubby sure noticed that I am feeling better.
Trying to taper the prednisone this week and hopefully these supplements will help.
Sure Slippery Elm tastes and looks like dirt, but I will gladly drink it twice a day to keep feeling like this!
