uc is so individual, so its hard to say. If you've been eating them and you're fine then no reason for you not to eat them. It might be helpful to keep a food/symptom diary to try and narrow down foods that are a problem for you.
I love to snack so I am always on the lookout for stuff i can eat that i can tolerate. I just found a really yummy snack- 1-2 tsp of sunflower seed butter with a sprinkling of dry chex cereal. delicious and no issues*knock wood* so far!
