I have a cold :(

HI...I have one as well, albeit very mild. Seems I had a sinus thingie going on that seems to have taken a break..but the cold I still feel in my throat/upper chest/slight stuffy nose.

I take Sudafed, expectorant, Sisu Healthmune, L-Lysine, extra zine, extra multi-vitamin, good fluid intake....

My ENT suggested every time I felt a cold coming on to start with Allegra and Nasonex, to keep things decongested. You can add Tylenol if you feel lousy.

I also like to do a nasal rinse, either with a Neti pot or one of the new products on the market (like a spray).

If it does progress to a sinus infection and your doctor prescribes antibiotics, look into getting them injected, to protect your delicate intestinal flora. It made a huge difference for me.
