I completely agree with that view. Here is a signature fragment from this thread :

I a avoid sucralose too but not the rest. I have been eating 3-5 eggs per day on oat/wheat bread, eating thru 3-5 loaves of the stuff every week for months. 'Harvest Seeded' has good stuff in it. I am still doing great and taking no medication.
