Found an interesting link on nutrition, statements supported by research

Many of the quotations appealed to me. I wonder what exactly we are reading. For example I drilled into the source of this statement :

Primitive man was a meat eater, NOT a plant eater. James Watson
Wilford, New York Times, 2000

But I found nothing to back it up which appears to only be a newspaper article in the first place.

OK so it started with "medical textbook references" then it moved on to include :

"Selected summary of critical studies, news articles,and medical textbook references that you need to see!"
