The thing about supplements is you are only getting one component.
With a lobster you are also getting all the biopeptides
True enough, however, it seems that L-Threonine enables other amino acids to work more efficiently and, in some cases work at all.
Yes, lobster is an expensive fix, however for me, I can't tell you how pleased I am that the L-Threonine amino acid powder has had the same effect and thus I can take it daily.
One thing that seems to make for more solid stools is calcium.
I can't take calcium as I find it very hard on the stomach.
