I just dropped to 5mg last Friday (from 40mg in January) and I
think (probably hope is more like it) I'm finally noticing my face looks less puffy. The little extra whatever around my waist seems to be disappearing too, although I think I'm the only one who ever noticed it.
It's so great you are back at the gym! I've been back since Feb myself and just started getting back to cardio classes a few weeks ago. It may just be in my head, but I swear it helps with tapering the Prednisone. I know that doing a strenuous workout does raise your cortisol level a bit, so I feel like maybe it helps me get through the tapering by counteracting it a little - probably more at the lower doses anyway. I know I definitely have been feeling better after I get done with a good workout. I hope it helps you feel better too!
