Observations:
There is a lot of good info contained in the recommended foods by blood type. For instance, I have blood type A. Almond milk and slippery elm are listed as beneficial.
Also addresses issues of lactose intolerance and likelihood of developing cancer.
I noticed that, by process of elimination over the years, I seem to have omitted from my diet the foods that are not recommended and included many that are. Coincidence?
I think the books are worth considering.
