A delicious protein shake that I do is
Handful of Bluberries (frozen/thawed)
2 Spoonfuls of Peanut Butter/Almond
1 Banana
Ice
1/2 cup of Almond Milk
Mix in the blender! Sounds like a gross/weird combination, but its so good! Add some whey to it too. Also...
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup blueberrys
Almond milk, whey protein, whatever else
mix in the blender and enjoy! You cant even taste the spinach.
Get those dark leafy green vegetables which have tons and tons of phytonutrients(sp?) that eliminate toxins from the blood, and build muscle with their powerful amino acid content.
