Can colonoscopy cause intestinal adhesions?

After the colonoscopy on last Friday, I feel my bowel movement is not as easy as before. The rectum feels tighter. I am not sure if adhesions was introduced by the colonoscopy. Is it possible that the surface of the rectum got scratched during colonoscopy and was healed improperly, and formed adhensions? Any idea? I have some anxiety issue and that is why I worry so much. Not sure if it worth or not...

Thanks. I am feeling much better after having fibers. The stool looks normal right now. It seems it will take time to recover.
