Well put, Serenity!!!!! Good that you wrote him about settling accounts, E.P. I hope he pays up promptly & retrieves his stuff so that you can move on with your life. If he doesn't pay up, maybe you should look into selling whatever stuff could convert readily to cash. / Old Hat (31 yrs with left-sided UC; presently in remission taking brandname Colazal)

If he doesn't get the check sent to me, I'll ask his mom. She's the one who pays, anyways...

My new roommate and I banned him from our house (which we have yet to rent, lol). Even if he tries coming with her bf (who lived with me and my ex), my ex can't come in.
