Canasa - Hemorrhoids

Does anyone know if Canasa is also helpful for Hemorrhoids? I know the benefits it has for proctitis, but just curious if anyone still has hemorrhoid type blood while on Canasa?

It's not a usual treatment...but if you have hemmies, they could sometimes trigger or encourage inflammation of the rectum close to the area. Canasa could help with that.

You'd be better off with something like Proctocedyl supps which could also help with rectal inflammation at the same time.

The only thing I can think of with the enemas helping my hemmies is when I put the enema in it helps with the itching! ahah for real the itching is going away.

But other than that take a cream for hemmies prescribed by your doctor.
