In my opinion, you should start eating something soothing like homemade chicken soup with vegetables and noodles or rice (if you are not gluten sensitive).
I would stick to non-inflammatory foods for the time being and stay away from lactose.
Don't have enough info to make other suggestions.
Do you take a probiotic? If not, I think that would be beneficial.
