I have also tried jucing cabage in the past did not seem to help much,I have been eating fresh fermented cabbage for 3 weeks or so to get the probiotic bacteria,I guess will also increase raw cabbage if I can stand the gas.
Things seem to have settled down somewhat with the gas from the bacteria,or it depends on how much
food I eat for them to make gas with.
The immune modulation with cabbage is of great interest,especially the part
about microbial load.
