Dioig drops again, and the last few days have had less movements. Four or so years ago my eye was really bad and I was doing the drops intense for a while and I swear my bowels went into remission. This was before I ever took oral pred. At the time I thought it was fish oil, but then I saw the pred correlation once I saw what pred did the first time I took it orally. Of course my GI said highly unlikely that small amount would have an effect. Any one else notice this?

I've used steroid eye drops in the past but I didn't notice any difference in my Uc. However, when I would get corticosteroid epidural injections (for bulging discs) I did notice a difference in my Uc even tho my GI told me that wasn't possible. It would quiet down for a few days.

I haven't noticed that the eye drops improve my UC but I have noticed that generally if my eye flares up my UC does too.
