Double the probiotics or add another one such as the Reuteri.
Add fibre supplements, slowly.
Stop the digestive enzymes or change them, etc..they can cause looser stool or quickening of the digestive tract..
How did you eat yesterday? If you're taking yogurt or milk products cut back and see if that helps.
