Hi , I haven't been on the forum for a while but my TIREDNESS made me come back for more info. I used to work out a lot , but recently I am feeling so tired, I can sleep 15 hours and still want to nap. I dont know what to do anymore. I am not on a flare, been steady on remicade for years now... Thanks for your suggestions I will look for vit B and more more more electrolytes. Any other thing I should check out? I ran 7.5 k yesterday and today I couldn't get out of bed!!! I'm taking vit d, magnesium and omega-3 oh and a lil bit of paxil (10 mg)....
