sorry to disagree, but i can't help it -
everyone knows smoking is bad, right - my mom is 85, healthier than i am by a long ways, and has smoked for pretty much 60 of those long years -
for some reason her body was built to handle smoking - just like some or a lot of bodies were built to handle saturated fats and cholesterol -
btw, she's eating meat probably as long as she's smoked - i would guess her arteries are in ok shape -

There are a lot of studies, regardless of what many journalists and health advocates say, regarding healthy fats poly and mono as being a key part of diet, and saturated fats still being apart of a diet when used occasionally.
Take a look at the mediterranean diet.
