Usually the white blood count is high if you have inflammation. Imunosuppressants would make it low though...What meds are you on?

I've had results like that while on 6mp but never prior to starting 6mp. My counts are always on the low end of normal. it's really tough to supress when you're dealing with low counts. Is your UC well behaved? Typically when we flare, our counts jump up really high.
