I dont juice but I do blend. I believe in getting as much of the natural fiber as possible, I will never give up my vitamix. I use soaked nuts to add protein, half a green apple or carrots for sweetness but I mostly stick with a mix of greens and occasionally berries that have been thoroughly washed and soaked in peroxide water. ;) I add cucumbers, avocado, coconut, herbs...chia seeds, flax seeds, cocoa...stevia...
Ive done many green smoothie "fasts" with wonderful success, its way better then clear broths and bowel rest for me because the enzymes are living and healing.
