Hello everyone,
I'm not skinny I'm Canadian and lived in one of the coldest city in the world, I know how to dress properly for the weather but I'm always freeeeeeeeezing now!
My hands are icy cold, my nose can't feel anything and my feet well they just make my husband jump out of bed when i put them between his feet.
I moved to the UK a year ago and obviously they have a very damp weather and their house isolation system well is just rubbish. However I have never been so cold in my life and I thought the vitamin D3 would help but it doesn't make a difference.
Is it my UC? Is it because it's an auto immune condition that makes me cold? I'm only 35 and mu husband says I shouldn't be freezing cold as I'm not old and I'm canadian.
Yep! This is me. Lived 2hours from canada for most of my life so far, and have always had cold hands/cold feet. Read up on it, suggests poor circulation and candida overgrowth. But it could very well be other things.
